You will see that the actual cost of the villa rental, on a per person basis, is often much more cost effective. Guests can book the following rooms:

Main Villa

Main floor (up to 6 guests)
1. Master Bedroom (king-size bed, sitting area with TV and ensuite
    bathroom)
2. Two bedrooms with two twin beds, sharing one bathroom

Suites Floor on Lower Level
1. Junior suite with queen size bed, ensuite bathroom, sitting area with
    TV (8 guests)
2. Master suite with queen size bed, ensuite bathroom, sitting area with
    TV and breakfast area and kitchenette (10 guests)

Apartment (up to 14 guests)
1. Master bedroom with king-size bed
2. One bedroom with two twin beds
3. Living and breakfast area
4. Kitchenette
5. Bathroom

In summary

Renting 3 bedrooms - up to 6 persons : Main floor in Main Villa
Renting 4 bedrooms - up to 8 persons   : Main Floor with the Junior Suite
Renting 5 bedrooms - up to 10 persons : Main Floor with the Suites floor
Renting 6/7 bedroom - up to 14 persons : Main Villa and the Apartment.

In the event an 8th bedroom is needed, the fitness room can be converted into a bedroom with one or two beds.

Important info:
• Minimum stay for holidays (Easter, Christmas, New Years, 
  Curaηao Carnival) is 7 nights.
• Christmas: 12/20 - 12/27 New Years: 12/27 - 1/6
• High season rates will be applied for Thanksgiving week (Nov 21 - Nov 29,09).
• All rates are in US Dollar (service charge not included)
• Minimum stay is 5 nights (except during holidays).
• One day events: quotation available upon request.
• Only the bedrooms that are booked and included in the reservation,
  will be available for guest's usage.
• A deposit of 50% of the full rental total is due to secure all reservations. 
  Remaining balance is due no later than 65 days prior to arrival date.
• Rates are subject to 12% service fee and 7% room tax.
• A rental agreement will be issued for each reservation between owner
  and guests and is required with reservation deposit to guarantee all
  reservations.
• A security deposit of US$750 is required for all reservations
  at check-in. Deposit will be refunded on departure of
  guests minus outstanding balances or cost of replacements.
• Villa is cleaned daily and is included in the rental.
• Rental rates are subject to change.
