The Villa
Construction of this contemporary villa started in 1989 and was completed in 1991. The villa is designed by award winning Swiss architect Mike Koch. The owners wanted to combine the elements of nature with the beauty and clean lines of modern architecture. Since the villa is not located on the water, they invested in a most spectacular and grand pool. You will truly not miss the beach when you see this pool!

After the owners moved from the island, they decided to refurbish the villa in 2005 to convert it into a rental property available both to island visitors who prefer the exclusivity and comfort of a private estate for their stay on Curaçao, as well as local corporations who can rent it for corporate retreats, private meetings or special events.

The villa features:

• 7 bedrooms (6 twin beds, 2 king size beds, and 2 queen size beds)

• 6 full bathroom and 1 powder room, including one “al fresco”

• Fitness room (can be converted into an 8^th bedroom with two single beds upon request)

• 7 TV’s and 7 DVD’s throughout the property

• Surround system in the living area

• Central AC in the bedrooms

• Ceiling fans in all the rooms

• A meeting room equipped for 6 to 8 people, secretary desk, computer, fax, copy machine, wireless internet, refrigerator, freezer, wine cooler, lounge area, and large windows offering spectacular garden and island views.

Villa Manisé offers a very private and exclusive stay. The villa has a rear entrance which is ideal for those guests who want total anonymity. No one will even see who’s staying at the villa.
